Now in existence for over 40 years, GALDA continues to provide a networking forum for mentoring and the exchange of ideas and experiences related to education, research and patient service relevant to LGBTQ+ issues in dermatology.

Members include dermatologists, dermatology residents, paramedical office personnel associated with a dermatologist, pharmaceutical representatives or exhibitors, dermatology advanced practice providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants), and non-LGBT allies including residents and other members.

After submitting an application, verification of credentials will be performed through the American Academy of Dermatology membership database or other pertinent society. Please note a society (US or International) affiliation with your application if you are not a current member of the AAD. New members will then receive a welcome email with information to establish a user ID and password for access to the "Member's only" sections of the website.
